Superfoods which are extra good for you include - apples, blackberries, blueberries, broccoli, cherries, coconut, cranberries, dark chocolate, garlic, oranges, peaches, plums, raspberries, red grapes, red onions, walnuts, brazil nuts, and strawberries.
